中国—东盟跨国地方关系探析

随着经济全球化、区域经济一体化的推进,跨国地方关系的发展显得越来越有必要。基于现实动力与基础条件分析,中国—东盟地方关系发展也有其可行性。中国-东盟发展地方政府关系对于推动国家关系发展、解决跨国公共事务、提升地方竞争力等具有重要价值。中国—东盟跨国地方关系虽然在实践中取得一定成果,但现实中的制约因素仍不可忽视。为此,需要在机制、组织、形式等方面作进一步的实践。

An Analysis of China-ASEAN Transnational Regional Relation

With the accelerated pace of economic globalization and regional economic integration,it is more and more necessary to develop relations between transnational regions.Based on the analysis of driving forces and basic conditions,the author has found good feasibility to develop China-ASEAN transnational regional relation.Developing China-ASEAN local governmental relationship plays important roles in promoting state relations,solving problems in transnational public affairs and upgrading local competitiveness.Although achievements have been through years' efforts,practical limitations still exist.Therefore,its mechanism,structure and forms need to be further improved.
