| Abstract: | The four state-run commercial banks,which are the backbone of China's financial system,play a very important role in the several-decade-long economic construction.Nevertheless,with China's entry into WTO,our people are wondering whether those state-run banks can withstand the external impact or not.In the light of constructing the property right structure the modern commercial banks need,Shareholding system reform turns out to be an inevitable choice to realize the division between politics and enterprises. |
