大连市耕地变化趋势分析及发展对策探讨

耕地减少是全国和各省耕地变化的基本趋势，大连是北方地区重要的工业城市，经济发达，但随着经济的发展，耕地面积发生了很大的变化，人地矛盾进一步加剧，在分析大连市建国以来有关耕地资料的基础上，系统地探讨了耕地面积变化趋势，并分析了耕地面积变化的驱动因子，针对大连市的耕地利用实际状况，提出了耕地可持续利用的调控措施。

The Analyses on the Changes of the Cultivated Land Area and the Development Policies in Dalian

The reduction of cultivated land is a primary tendency in the whole country .Dalian is an important industry city in the north region and is economically developed. But with economic development, there is a big change of the cultivated land area. Based on the analyses of the cultivated land data,the author discussed the changes of the cultivated land area in Dalian and analyzed the reasons of the change of the cultivated land.The author put forward policies of controlling the change of the cultivated land in Dalian.
