| Abstract: | it is concerned that optimal control problems of systems governed by degenerate elliptic equations,the control being a coefficient of the partial differential equation.We give a concept of optimal domain and prove the equivalence of the problem of optimal control and problem of optimal domain,and we point out that there is not optimal control in some one control set for this problem. |
