| Abstract: | In this paper,we discussed the mechanism of causing bubbles of mobile phase in high-performance liquid chromatogram,and the leading method of bubbles in stream.Also we made a complete and brief analysis on how dissolved air(oxygen) influenced the detection and features of different methods of degasification. |
