| 摘 要： | 农民工的社会保障问题，是社会主义市场经济建设中的一个重要内容。农民工社会保障缺失由诸多因素造成。建立健全农民工社会保障相关法律制度意义重大。农民工社会保障问题应从工伤保障，医疗保障，最低生活保障，养老保险等方面逐步加以解决。

| Abstract: | The peasant-employees' social security is one of the most important aspects of the socialist market economy constructions. The lack of this kind of security is caused by many reasons. So it is of the utmost importance to establish perfect laws and regulations of the peasant-employees' social security, and the problems of peasant-employees' social security should be solved gradually by means of work accident security, medical security, the lowest living standards security, old-age insurance, etc. |
