Ni-P-SiO2化学复合镀工艺的研究

摘    要:采用正交试验方法研究了主盐、还原剂、络合剂、纳米SiO2材料4因素对Ni-P-SiO2化学复合镀层性能的影响.试验表明:纳米SiO2材料添加量对镀层性能的影响最大,络合剂次之.当主盐30 g/L,还原剂25 g/L,络合剂20 ml/L,纳米SiO2 6 g/L时,镀层显微硬度达HV889.21,磨损量仅20.6 mg,且镀层分布均匀.

Abstract:By means of the orthogonal experiments, the paper studied four factors which were main salt, reducing agent, complexing agent and nano-SiO2 materials affected on the performance of the Ni-P-SiO2 composite coating. Results showed that the amount of nano-SiO2 materials adding in the solution was the most important factor, and complexing agent followed. When main salt 30g/L, reducing agent 25g/L, complexing agents 20ml/L, nano-SiO2 6g/L, the composite coating gained the best performance. The hardness was HV889.21, the abrasion loss was 20.6mg, and the surface of the coating were uniformity.
