大口径白铜管产品开发及工艺研究

摘    要:为了利用公司已建精密铜材项目的装备,充分发挥大吨位熔炼与铸造机组、大吨位挤压机组和拉拔机组等设备优势,通过熔铸、挤压、拉拔工艺开发高附加值的大口径铜镍合金管材,达到了填补国内空白、替代进口及提高产品附加值的要求.通过大口径白铜管开发方案的制定、产品开发试验,并在试验过程中对工艺参数进行调整及优化,对所开发的产品进行表面质量检验,质量良好,然后对其取样进行化学成分、氧氮气体含量检测、金相组织及力学性能分析,结果表明产品的性能指标满足国标及客户需求.

Abstract:By taking advantage of the precision copper project equipment we have and giving full play to the advantage of large-tonnage smelting and casting units,large tonnage extrusion units and drawing unit equipment,we have developed high-added-value large diameter cupronickel tubes by casting,extrusion,and drawing processes.The pipes fill a domestic gap,replace imported goods,and improve the added value of products.We design the development plan of large diameter cupronickel tubes,conduct product development tests,and optimize process parameters during the tests.Surface inspection indicates good tube quality.The analysis of chemical composition,oxygen and nitrogen concentration,metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of tube samples show that the performances of our products meet the national standard and customer requirements.
