摘    要:镍元素对铜熔炼系统阳极板质量有极大的影响,如何去除杂质镍对于公司二次铜精矿处理是一个重要课题.通过分析铜熔炼系统中各炉窑除镍的原理,提出严格遵守操作方式,不仅有利于提高铜阳极板的质量,也有利于提高系统作业率,同时,能够减少劳动强度,从而整体提高车间的经济效益和管理水平.

Abstract:Nickel has a great impact on the quality of anode plates in a copper smelting system.How to remove the impurity of nickel is an important subject for the secondary copper concentrate processing.By analyzing the principles of nickel removal in the copper smelting system,an operation mode to be strictly abided is put forward.The operation mode will help not only improve the quality of copper anodes and the system operating rate,but also reduce labor intensity.Thus,the overall economic efficiency and management level of a workshop are improved.
