钻井液连续波随钻测量系统设计及风洞模拟试验

摘    要:针对目前随钻测量系统数据传输速率低及设计过程中试验难度大等问题,设计基于调频传输模式的钻井液连续波随钻测量系统,并对其进行风洞模拟试验.设计基于钻井液连续波的数字通信系统,采用多进制数字频率调制方式实现井下数据上传.随钻测量系统结构包括地面信号收发装置、井底信号收发装置以及数据传输通道3个部分,给出扇形和圆形两种转阀结构的设计方案.根据相似性原理设计风洞试验的模型结构,并对数据传输进行一系列风洞模拟试验.试验结果表明,基于调频传输模式的钻井液连续波随钻测量系统可以实现更高的数据传输速率,提高工作可靠性,同时增强对环境的适应能力.
