| Abstract: | The national computer rank examination(NCRE) as the evaluation of basic computer knowledge and ability of the national unity of standards,the computer operating test is an important part of the exam.It is explored a set of scientific and rational exam managemental building based on analysising its organizational characteristics and practice. |
