| 摘 要： | 实验以3种苔藓植物的孢子作为材料,通过组织培养的方式对其进行快速繁殖,表明Benecke培养基对苔藓植物孢子悬浮液发育为原丝体进而发育为植株有积极作用.实验探索了以原丝体为实验材料的配子体培养方法.

| Abstract: | Using the spores of three Bryophytes,we established the rapid propagation through tissue culture.The results indicated that Benecke medium has a positive effect on the development of bryophyte protonema and the plant.This experiment explored the protonema as experimental material for gametophytes culture. |
