| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于SMS的雷达及网络传输监控系统的结构和功能,说明开发的必要性.分析了雷达分系统实时监测信息的特点,在现有的宽带网络基础上,对天气雷达运行状况实现远程实时监测.描述并分析了全部网络传输系统特点,根据相应特点采用适当函数实现实时全网监控.系统设计了一个基于GSM MODEN的短信服务平台;并用VC语言编程,实现了基于SMS的雷达及网络传输监控系统.本系统具有实时性,灵活性,实用性,高效性等特点.
