| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Auf Grund eines grossen Vergleichsmaterials wurden die Strukturelemente, die für die antimikrobielle Aktivität der Cyclodepsipeptide nötig sind, ermittelt. Insbesondere wurden Ringgrösse, Ersatz der Ester- oder N-Methylamid-Gruppe durch eine Amidgruppe, strukturelle und konfigurative Änderung der Aminosäure- und Hydroxysäurereste studiert. |
