| Abstract: | With social development, it has been put forward higher requirements for high vocational education to cultivate person specialized in electromechanical area. In view of fostering the high-qualified person with ability to adapt to social demands, the article is concerned with the innovative theory and practice of cultivating mode and educational system with respect to conception, teaching system and method as well as evaluative system. |
