基于信息技术的组织模式变革

从组织模式变革的概念入手，首先详细论述了有关组织变革的主要内容，分析了变革的两种战略方法：ＴＱＭ 和ＢＰＲ． 围绕信息技术与组织变革的关系进行了深入探讨，提出了新时代的组织结构设计和运行需要各种信息技术支持的观点；另一方面随着信息技术在企业中的深入应用，它对组织的各方面属性也产生了显著影响． 最后，提出将现有的组织变革方法——ＩＳＰ、ＴＱＭ 与ＢＰＲ紧密集成起来，形成一种具有更大综合效益的变革策略．

Information Technology-Based Organization Model Transformation

This article starts with the concept of organization transformation, discusses the relative knowledge about organization transformation in detail, and provides two strategic methods of change: TQM and BPR. Furthermore, We analyze the relation between information technology and organization transformation, and point out that organization structure will not be optimized unless they are supported by information technology. On the other hand, with the wide use of information technology in enterprises, IT affects the attributes of organization. Finally, We suggest a more comprehensive methodology for organization transformation, i.e., an integration of ISP,TQM,BPR.
