溴蒸气掺杂聚苯乙炔的导电性能

摘    要:通过溴蒸气的吸附,聚苯乙炔(PPA)的电导率比吸溴前提高近12个数量级.将溴掺杂的粉末样品压片成型后发现其电导率随时间的增加而提高.固体紫外光谱、红外光谱和X光电子能谱表明溴与PPA之间存在较强的共轭作用,形成了电子转移复合物;溴掺杂有利于增大PPA的共轭程度,提高PPA的电导率;压力作用有助于增强溴对PPA的掺杂效应.

Abstract:Through absorption of bromine vapor,the electrical conductivity of Polyphenylacetylene (PPA) enhanced by 10~(12) times.After pressing the bromine doped powder sample into pellet,we found that the conductivity of the samples increased with time.UV-Vis spectra,IR,and XPS spectra indicated that strong conjugation effect exists between PPA and bromine,and Charge Transfer Complex (CTC) is formed in PPA after doping;bromine doping increases the conjugation of PPA and improves its conductivity;the pressure can pro...
