摘    要:针对反共振振动机上质体的振幅对激振频率和物料量波动比较敏感的问题,提出了一种能使反共振振动机振幅稳定的参数选择方法.这种方法的中心思想是把反共振点选在两共振点正中间,并且两共振点之间的距离要离得足够远.这时共振点附近的幅频响应曲线比较平坦,从而使上下质体的振幅稳定性基本上达到实用要求.在需要振幅精度比较高的场合,也只需小范围调节即可实现.最后通过计算机仿真证明了这种方法的正确性和可行性.
