间冷抽屉式冰箱箱内流场与温度场的数值模拟

摘    要:建立了一间冷抽屉式冰箱内部的稳态空气流场和温度场的数学模型并借助于计算流体动力学软件FLUENT分别对原型抽屉式间冷冰箱和改进后的抽屉式间冷冰箱内部进行了数值模拟,研究了冰箱横杠的绝热材料及其布置、防露管的设置以及进风口的大小和方向等对冰箱内补空气流场与温度分布的影响.模拟结果表明,改进后的抽屉式间冷冰箱内空气具有更加均匀的温度场与流场,对于减少冰箱的能耗有重要作用.

Abstract:The inner air flow field and temperature field have direct effect on the energy consumption oi refrigerator. The numeric model for the air flow field and temperature field inside a indirect-cool drawer refrigerator was established and the simulations on the indirect-cool drawer refrigerator and its improved model were made by means of the computational fluid dynamics software - FLUENT. The influences of the insulation material and its allocation in the crossbeams, the set-up of anti-dew pipes, the dimensions of air inlet and direction of air flow on the flow field and temperature allocation were studied. The numerical result showed that the air inside the improved indirect-cool drawer refrigerator was possessed of well-distributed temperature field, meanwhile the air flow field had significant effect on the reduction of the energy con- sumption of the refrigerator.
