摘    要:文章提出了一种基于有限元的注塑模具分型线确定方法.该方法的主要流程为:(1)对产品模型的表面进行网格划分;(2)根据网格面与脱模方向之间的夹角确定模型中网格面的可视性;(3)将产品表面分为单一产品表面和复合产品表面,并将复合产品表面分解为单一产品表面;(4)通过调整规则将产品中的所有过渡面调整到可视面组和不可视面组;(5)通过查找可视面组和不可视面组的公共边界来确定模具的分型线.研究表明,该方法可以有效地确定模具的分型线,提高模具设计的效率.

Abstract:The determination of parting line is very important for injection mold design.Improper parting line may lead to poor quality and additional cost for mold.An approach to automatically determine parting line for molded part using the finite element method(FEM) is proposed.The brief procedure including:(1) generating two-dimensional meshes of product;(2) determining visibility of mesh based on an angle between normal vector of mesh and parting direction;(3) dividing surfaces of product into single and complex surfaces,and separating complex surface into single surfaces using the given method;(4) adjusting transitional surfaces to visible or invisible surface groups based on adjustment rules;(5)determining parting line by searching common edges of visible and invisible surface groups.Result from a demonstration case shows that parting line can be easily determined and design efficiency is greatly improved.
