燃气轮机调速系统半物理仿真研究

摘    要:针对燃气轮机半物理仿真的特点,以燃气轮机的模块化建模为基础,采用容积法思想,建立了无迭代的燃气轮机仿真模型,从而简化了计算过程并缩短计算时间,为半物理实时仿真提供了必要条件,采取功能分立的设计方案,模型计算,数据交换和通讯以及仿真结果的显示分别由不同计算机负责,从而建立了燃气轮机调速系统的半物理仿真系统平台,该平台具有一定的灵活笥和可扩展性,可以更换物理部件以及添加模块而无需大的改动,利用该系统进行半物理实时仿真对研究燃气轮机动态性能和控制规律等均有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:This paper adopts volume method to establish the non-iterative simulation model of gas turbine, which simplifies calculation process and reduces calculation time, thus provides the necessary condition for the hardware-in-the-loop real time simulation. The simulation platform is composed of three sections, the functions of which are independent of each other: one is in charge of the real time calculation of gas turbine model, one is responsible for the data exchange and communication, the last is for the dynamic display of simulation result; these three sections are linked by a network switch. Therefore, this platform has flexibility and expansibility; we can replace physical part or add module without great modification. It is of great importance to study the dynamic characteristic and manipulative rule of gas turbine owing to its real time feature.
