| 摘 要： | 为提高婴幼儿心律失常的鉴别诊断及防治水平，对经心电图检出的120例婴幼儿心律失常进行临床分析，总结出120例心律失常婴幼儿原疾病分布情况，据此并根据医学理论得出结论：婴幼儿心律失常以以窦性心律失常和各种早搏多见；感染是引起心律失常的主要原因；先天性心脏病并感染出现心律失常可导致严重后果。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the clinical meaning of the abnormal rhythm of heartbeat in children,an analysis of 120 cases of abnormal rhythm of heartbeat in children detected by electrocardiogram is meade. From the analysis,the following conclusions are reached:the infantile abnormal rhythm of heartbeat is mostly caused by arrhythmia and various kinds of premature heartbeat;infection is the main cause of abnormal rhythm of heartbeat;if it is caused by congenital heart disease and infection,fatal consequences would occur. |
