| 摘 要： | 案例教学法有助于培养学生的实践能力和创新精神,是推进素质教育、培养高素质法律人才的重要途径。案例教学实践中的认识误区和运用错位,直接制约了案例教学的应用和发展。文章在对案例教学运用中存在问题进行深入分析的基础上,提出解决问题的方法和对策,以使案例教学法真正发挥应有的作用。

| Abstract: | The case-teaching method helps students to train their practice skills and innovative spirit,it is an important way to promote quality education and train high-quality legal talent.The misunderstanding and dislocation in case-teaching method restrict its use and development.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of the use of case-teaching method,this paper proposes the solutions to make case-teaching method play its due role. |
