人工神经网络与遗传算法在高炉焦比预报中的应用

摘    要:建立了遗传算法与BP神经网络相结合的高炉焦比预报模型。该模型用于预报在不同操作条件下适宜的焦比,寻求高炉诸多操作参数与焦比之间的映射关系,为高炉操作者提供调整炉况的依据。实际应用表明,该模型具有较好的命中率。

Abstract:In this paper,a model for prediction of the coke rate in the BF based on Genetic algorithm and artificial neural network is set up.This model is not only used for predicting the condition of different operations,looking for the relation between the operation parameters of blast furnace and coke rate,but also providing the gist of adjusting the condition of blast furnace for the operators.The off-line prediction shows the results of the model have good effect.
