阿特拉津对发育期SD大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:研究了除草剂阿特拉津对发育期雌、雄SD大鼠免疫功能的影响.选用雌雄SD大鼠(80±10 g)各32只,分别分为4组,每组8只.根据体重比设置对照、低、中、高剂量处理组(0,25,125,250mg/kg)进行(阿特拉津)染毒,30 d后测定雌雄大鼠脾脏、胸腺和体重的相对比值.同时取外周血,培养细胞后测定淋巴细胞转化率和半数溶血素值.结果表明:对雌雄大鼠,阿特拉津对脾脏均没有影响,但对胸腺具有显著的损伤作用(P<0.05),使其发生退行性病变;淋巴细胞转化率(刺激指数s,值)在中、高剂量组的雌鼠和雄鼠中均显著下降(P<0.05),且雌雄间差异显著(P<0.05).对半数溶血素值的测定结果表明:中、高剂量组与对照组相比均明显下降(P<0.01).阿特拉津对大鼠的免疫系统具有显著的毒性效应,推测雌雄间的差异与雌激素水平有关.

Abstract:The effects of Atrazine on the immunological function in developing SD rats were investigated.
