| Abstract: | Reforms of advanced vocational education require the English teachers in advanced vocational colleges to achieve their professional development. This paper mainly elaborates the classroom-based mode of teachers＇development. The author believes that it is of great significance for English teachers in advanced vocational colleges to base their professional development on classroom teaching. The author also puts forward some specific ways for the classroom-based professional development of teachers in advanced vocational colleges. |
