高等教育的教育过度:事实还是假象

近几年，大学生就业问题成为社会各界关注的热点，高等教育过度成为学者们探讨的一个重要问题。本文从理论上厘清教育过度概念的内涵，对20世纪80年代以来关于高等教育教育过度问题的争论进行了系统的回顾，提出测量教育过度的四项指标并进行实证分析，从而作出我国高等教育已经处于教育过度阶段的基本判断。

Education Excess in Higher Education:Fact or Semblance

In recent years, the employment of undergraduates has become a focus of the society. Higher education excess is an important issue being discussed by the scholars. This paper clarifies the intention of the concept of education excess, recalls systematically the controversies existed ever since 1980s, suggests the four indexes used to measure education excess and analyzes the practical cases, so as to make a basic judgment on China's higher education excess at the present stage.
