| 摘 要： | 半殖民地和半封建是两个不同的学术概念.半殖民地指的是一个国家的主权遭受损害的程度,其中,国家主权遭受损害最为严重的时期可以称为深渊或深渊的谷底.如果把中国近代史放在1840年到1949年这样一个完整的时段来考察,中国半殖民地深渊的谷底不是如有的学者所说的在20世纪前20年,应当是在1931年至1945年日本侵华战争时期,因为这一时期正是中国近代主权遭受损害最为严重的时期.至于半封建,则不存在深渊的问题.

| Abstract: | This paper suggests that the semi|colonial and semi|feudal be two different concepts. Semi|colonial means the degrees to which Chinese sovereignty was damaged. In the light of this explanation, the period which Chinese sovereignty was damaged most seriously is not in the period of the early years of 20th century as some scholars hold, but in the period of Sino|Japanese War of 1931-1945.As far as the semi|feudal concept is concerned, there is no bottom at all. |
