| 摘 要： | 临床试验中,当病人序贯地来到时,我们总想自适应地为病人在k种可供选择的治疗方案中选择最优的一种治疗方案。讨论了水平α给定时的一种自适应设计,并提出相应的模型,能使病人以较多的机会获得较好的处理。

| Abstract: | Based on the principle in which the best one was adaptively selected from k treatments for patients in clinical trials,a kind of optimal adaptive design was discussed and the corresponding model was established.By this design,more patients may expect to be assigned in the superior treatment. |
