中小型图书馆学科馆员制度建设的实施策略研究——以无锡职业技术学院为例

该文在对国内外大学图书馆学科馆员制度的现状做出分析的基础上,以无锡职业技术学院图书馆为例,针对中小型大学图书馆的具体情况探索在资源相对缺乏的情况下推行学科馆员制度的困难和出路,提出意见和建议并给出具体策略,在建设有中国特色学科馆员制度方面作出有益的尝试。

The Strategy of Liaison Librarian System Implementation in Small and Medium-sized Library: Taking Wuxi Institute of Technology as an Example

Basing on analysis of the current situation of liaison librarian system,taking Wuxi Institute of Technology as example,this paper discusses the difficulties of implementation of liaison librarian and gives us some advices and specific strategies under the condition of the lack of resources.This makes a useful attempt on the establishment of liaison librarian system with Chinese characteristics.
