大型商业建筑疏散问题的探究

针对大型商业建筑的疏散距离不足和楼梯间在首层无直接对外出口的设计问题,为解决大型商业建筑内的人员安全疏散要求,提出了在建筑首层设置一条准＂避难走道＂的设想。并使用火灾烟气模拟软件FDS以及人员疏散模拟软件SIMULEX进行定量模拟计算,分析评价了准避难走道的安全性及工程应用上的可操作性。

Probe of Evacuation in Massive Commercial Buildings

The paper will focus on analysis of the design of massive commercial buildings,namely,deficiency in scatter distance and lack of direct passage to open air around stairs in the first floor.a suggestion will be raised that a quasi-exit channel between flights in the first floor is designed to meet the demand of scattering persons in massive buildings in emergency;and FDS(Fire Defense Software) and SIMULEX(Person Scatter Mimic Software) are used to evaluate the security and operability of such quasi-exit chan...
