| 摘 要： | 移情已经成为幼儿教师必须具备的一项专业能力,它是师幼之间情感沟通的＂润滑剂＂,是幼儿教师的一种核心的人格特质与积极的心理素质。在对移情的概念进行界定的基础上,分析了幼儿教师需要具备移情能力的原因,以及移情在幼儿教育中的价值,最后对幼儿教师如何提高移情能力提出了具体策略建议。

| Abstract: | Empathy has become a professional capacity for kindergarten teachers,which is an emotional communication lubricant between teachers and children and a good psychological diathesis.The paper defines the concept of empathy,analyses the reasons why kindergarten teachers need to have empathy and the value of empathy in infant education,and finally puts forward some suggests to improve the kindergarten teachers'ability in empathy. |
