摘    要:依据高等师范院校培养目标,构建了一个高师教师教学效果评价指标体系,采用改进三角模糊层次分析法对所建指标体系中的各级指标进行赋权,进而结合模糊数综合评判法建立了高师教师教学效果的评价模型,并运用该模型对实例进行实证分析,结果与实际情况一致,说明该模型有一定的科学性、合理性以及实用性,具有一定的应用价值.

Abstract:In this paper, according to the training objectives of Higher Normal Colleges, the evaluation index system of teachers' teaching effect is constructed. Using the improved triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy, the evaluation model of the teachers' teaching effect is set up in combination with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By way of case analysis, the result is consistent with the actual situation, and shows the application value for its scientificity, reasonability and practicability.
