摘    要:选用三种藓类大灰藓、大羽藓、金发藓,研究了不同浓度的2,4-D,NAA,KT,GA3四种植物生长调节剂对三种藓类光合色素含量的影响。结果表明:1mg/L2,4-D可提高大灰藓光合色素含量,利于大灰藓的生长;1mg/LKT可提高大灰藓叶绿素b的含量,利于大灰藓吸收更多光促进生长;1000mg/L2,4-D降低金发藓叶绿素的含量,明显不利于金发藓生长,高于100mg/LNAA降低金发藓光合色素含量,不利于金发藓的生长;外施植物生长调节剂对大羽藓光合色素含量改变比较保守。

Abstract:We investigated the effects of four different concentrations plant growth regulators,2,4-D,NAA,KT and GA3,on photosynthetic pigment contents of three mosses,Hypnum plumaeforme,Thuidium cymbifolium and Polytrichum commune. Results show that:1mg/L2,4-D can increase the photosynthetic pigment content in Hypnum plumaeforme,which is benefit to the growth of Hypnum plumaeforme;1 mg/L KT can increase the content of chlorophyll,which will help Hypnum plumaeforme Absorb more light to promote its growth;1000 mg/L 2,4-D decreases the chlorophyll content in Polytrichum regulator concentration commune, which will not promote (greater than 100 mg/L ) also Polytrichum commune, which will not favor the growth regulator on Thuidium cymbifolium does pigment content. the growth of Polytrichum commune ; decreases the chlorophyll content in growth of Polytrichum commune. Sprinkling plant not cause the significant change of photosynthetic pigment content.
