土壤中反硝化作用的试验研究

摘    要:通过室内土柱试验,研究了土壤中的反硝化作用机理及其影响因素。假设反硝化作用符合一级反应的离散方程,描述土壤中NO3^-离子的输运迁移规律,此方程反映了NO3^-浓度、土柱淋溶时间、柱深、反应速率常数和溶液平均流速的函数关系。结果表明,环境条件(如温度,pH值、基质NO3^-浓度等)是影响反硝化作用反应速率的重要因素。

Abstract:The law of and environmental influencing factors on denitrification in soil have been studied through soil-column experiments. Dispersion equations with first-order reaction rates for denitrification are applied to describe the convective transport of NO3- in soil. In the equations the concentration of NO3- is considered as a function of position, time, rate constants, and the average pore water velocity. The results show that environmental conditions, such as temperature, pH, the average pore water velocity and the concentration of NO3~ are main factors influencing the rate of denitrification.
