摘    要:利用数字化共轭曲面原理和齿轮啮合原理对数字化齿面加工方法进行研究.研究聚焦于离散表达的数字化齿面与解析表达的刀具面在加工过程中的几何关系与相对运动.求得刀具截形上与数字化齿面每个离散点对应的共轭点及它们相互接触时的对应共轭运动,将所求离散展成运动参数自动排序,插值形成连续共轭运动,实现对数字化齿面的连续加工.二维非标准数字化修形齿面的插削展成加工仿真计算实例,验证了该方法的正确性.

Abstract:Based on the theories of digital conjugate surface and gear meshing,a method for machining Digital Gear Tooth Surfaces(DGTS) was proposed.The study focused on the conjugate motion between the DGTS represented by discrete points and the cutter figuration determined by analytic function in the manufacture process.The conjugate points in the cutter section corresponding to the discrete points on the digital surface and the conjugate movements were solved.Automated sequence arrangements of the generating movement parameters have keen performed and the discrete movements were interpolated in a continuous generation motion under the order,which resulted in the realization of continuous cutting of DGTS.Computer-simulated example of the slotting of non-standard shaped DGTS verified the proposed method.
