知识产权与中国经济增长的协整关系研究

利用中国1985~2005年的样本数据,运用协整和误差修正模型研究知识产权对中国经济增长的作用.实证结果表明,知识产权对中国经济增长具有显著正向促进作用:经济增长关于知识产权的长期弹性约为0.390,短期弹性为0,并存在长达3年的时滞.该结论与国外具有上百年历史的知识产权制度对经济增长的作用研究基本相符.说明中国知识产权制度的建立切实激励了创新,促进了经济增长,其对知识产权保护力度超过其他国家想象.

Co-Integration Analysis of Intellectual Property Right and the Growth of China's Economy

Based on the relevant time series data from 1985 to 2005 and applying the co-integration theory and error correction model,this paper analyzed the influence of Intellectual Property Rights(IPR) on China's economic growth.The analysis has shown that IPR has a significant and positive influence on China's growth: the long-run elasticity of growth about IPR is about 0.390 and the short-run one is zero,the effect has a delay of about three years lag,which is in accordance with the research of overseas about the impact of IPR on their country's economic growth in the recent one hundred years.It also indicates that the establishment of IPR has considerable motive innovation and has promoted China's economic growth.Actually,the current protection of IPR is much better than that in many foreigners' mind.
