全相位DCT图像内插算法的研究

利用全相位思想克服离散信号截断处理所产生的吉布斯效应,同时利用DCT(离散余弦变换)域内离散信号和连续信号之间的关系进行信号重构,构造了一族可分离内插函数用于图像内插.通过自然图像的分辨率改变实验说明其能有效地保持图像的边缘.并且采用不同阶数的DCT域可分离内插函数,其内插质量总能好于双线性内插和已用于大多数内插任务的立方内插.较高的图像内插质量和统一的设计公式使其在数字电视视频格式转换和内插精度要求较高的处理场合中有好的应用前景.

All Phase DCT Image Interpolation Algorithm

A family of separable interpolation formulas based on DCT(discrete cosine transform) was proposed.The main idea was to use the philosophy of all phase to overcome the Gibbs phenomenon and to use the relation of discrete and continuous signals to reconstruct the original signal.The resolution conversion of natural image experiments have shown that the interpolation formulas proposed can keep the sharpness of the image.Furthermore,better image quality has been obtained by using them than by using bilinear and cubic interpolation,which is recommended in most interpolation tasks.The high quality of the interpolation image and the unified formulas will bring the interpolation formulas proposed appropriate applications in digital TV and other high quality interpolation tasks.
