| Abstract: | The security of SOAP (simple object access protocol) is discussed. Several methods of identity authenticating in IIS are introduced, and it is indicated how to validate the identity information of a user using SOAP header in the development of distributed application by using SOAP and Web services. It is illustrated how to realize the authentication. |
