综合能源环境下配电系统的无差异性模式规划问题研究

摘    要:本文提出无差异模式规划(简称无差异规划)的概念,即负荷需求(本文指负荷密度及供电可靠性)相似的分区内各类设备容量的近似一致性规划,且设备数量与分区面积近似成正比关系。无差异规划以牺牲准确性为代价,换取规划的简便性,综合能源环境下的配网规划复杂性强,分布式电源数量众多,无差异规划的简化手段在此类问题中具有一定优势,使配电网的规划具有一定的可复制性。本文研究了配电系统、热力系统及分布式电源耦合环境下的配电网无差异规划问题,各主体均可以选择自身的行为模式。通过算例,验证了无差异规划的可行性,并分析了综合能源环境下各主体不同的行为模式对配电网无差异规划的影响及修正方法,验证了其在综合能源环境下的适用性。

Abstract:This paper proposes the concept of indiscriminate planning, that is, the planning of various equipment capacity in the partitions with similar load demand (characterized by load density and power supply reliability in this paper) is approximate, and the number of equipment is approximately proportional to the area of the partition. At the expense of accuracy, indiscriminate planning pays more attention to the simplicity. Because the distribution system planning in the integrated energy environment is complex, and the number of distributed power sources is numerous, that simplified means has certain advantages and is reproducible. In this paper, the problem of indiscriminate planning in the coupled environment of distribution system, thermal system and distributed power system is studied and each subject can choose its own behavior. The feasibility of the indiscriminate planning is verified by an example. The influences and correction methods of different behavior modes of the subjects on the distribution system in the integrated energy environment are analyzed, and the applicability of it is verified.
