摘    要:针对当前输电线路铁塔评价指标体系冗杂和模糊评价难以反映实际工况的问题,文中提出了一种输电线路铁塔基础设施安全评价方法。通过关联规则对铁塔指标体系进行了量化,并基于主成分分析法建立了铁塔基础设施的关键指标评价体系。为了避免反复调整判断矩阵引起的盲从性问题,引入自适应层次分析法(selfadaptive analytic hierarchy process, S-AHP)确定初始权重。并通过变权理论引入均衡函数,对各指标的初始权重进行了调整,以解决常权系数下铁塔某项指标出现异常时对模糊评价结果无影响的问题。实例计算表明关键指标体系能反映出铁塔整体工况,变权后的模糊评价可以准确确定异常铁塔,评价结果能很好的辅助后续铁塔检修计划的制定。

Abstract:For the problem that the current evaluation index system of transmission towers is redundant and fuzzy evaluation can hardly reflect the actual working conditions, a method for evaluating the safety of transmission tower foundations were proposed. The index system of the transmission tower was quantified through association rules, and an evaluation system of the key index of the transmission tower is established based on the principal component analysis. To avoid the blind compliance problem caused by repeatedly adjusting the judgment matrix, the selfadap-tive analytic hierarchy process(S-AHP) is introduced to determine the initial weight. The equilibrium function is introduced through the variable weight theory, and the initial weight of each index is adjusted to solve the problem that the abnormality of a certain index of the transmission tower under the constant weight coefficient does not affect the fuzzy evaluation result. Example calculations show that the key index system can reflect the overall working conditions of the transmission tower, fuzzy evaluation after weight change can accurately find the abnormal transmission tower, and evaluation results can well assist the formulation of the follow-up transmission tower maintenance plan.
