基于绿色改造视角下历史建筑保护更新策略——以拱北宾馆为例

社会飞速发展下留存大量的历史建筑,也产生了许多环境保护上的新问题。为保护并更新目前遗留的历史建筑,需通过绿色改造对历史建筑进行更新。基于此,提出绿色改造下历史建筑的保护更新流程,在确定既有建筑为历史建筑后,对历史建筑与绿色改造进行适配度评估。以珠海拱北宾馆为例,针对以建筑为中心的安全耐久、节约资源,与以人为本的健康舒适、生活便利、环境宜居五项要素进行改造。拱北宾馆依据提出的流程进行保护更新结果表明,通过增加抗震性和安全性,配合节地、节水、节材措施,能使历史建筑更长久更健康的保留;通过避免污染、发霉潮湿,完善停车场,增加老幼与无障碍设计,设置吸烟区和增加绿化,可实现建筑更好的为人使用。

Protection and Renovation Strategy of Historic Buildings Based on Green Retrofit Perception--Take Gong Bei Hotel as an example

With the rapid development of society, a large number of historic buildings are preserved, and many new issues of environmental protection are created. In order to preserve and update the current historical buildings, green renovation was adopted to update the historical buildings. This study brings up the protection and renewal process of historical constructions with green restoration. After determining that the existing constructions are historical constructions, the match between historical constructions and green restoration is evaluated. Gongbei hotel is selected as an example to transform the construction-centered five elements, which are safety and durability, resource conservation, people-oriented health and comfort, convenient life and livable environment. Gongbei hotel is protected and renewed according to the proposed process. The results show that by increasing seismic resistance and safety, and saving land, water and materials, the historical constructions can be preserved longer and healthier. By avoiding pollution, mildew and humidity, perfecting the parking lot, increasing the barrier-free design for children and elderly people, establishing smoking areas and increasing greening, the constructions can facilitate people better.
