摘    要:利用不同溶剂在微波条件下对灵芝孢子粉与破壁灵芝孢子粉进行提取,用紫外光谱对相同溶剂的提取产物进行分析,发现水提取物的紫外光谱有差异,可用于灵芝孢子粉与破壁灵芝孢子粉的鉴别。

Abstract:Different solvents are used to extract broken cellular wall and unbroken spore of Ganoderma lucidum under Microwave Irradiation and the extracts of the same solvent are analysized by Ultraviolet Spectrum.The UVs of the water extracts are different from each other.Therefore,this method can be applied to distinguish broken cellular wall and unbroken spore of Ganoderma lucidum.
