摘    要:合成了一种阴离子磺酸型表面活性剂,将其与助剂配合使用作为压裂液增稠剂,在中性氯化钠溶液中反应交联,制得一种阴离子清洁压裂液.实验结果表明:体系配比为5%增稠剂+3.5%氯化钠时,性能较好,具有优良的耐温、耐剪切、流变黏弹性及携砂性,破胶彻底易返排,对岩层伤害小等特点,满足了低压、低渗透油气藏压裂液的要求.

Synthesis and performance of a sulfonate surfactant fracturing fluid
Abstract:A sulfonate-type anionic surfactant is synthesized,and it is used as main thickener of fracturing fluid.Crosslinker is composed of the surfactant and some additives.An anionic clean fracturing fluid is obtained by the crosslinking reaction of the crosslinker in neutral sodium chloride solution.The experimental results show that the optimum formula of the clean fracturing fluid is 5% crosslinker + 3.5%NaCl.The properties of the fracturing fluid system are evaluated.The results indicate that the fracturing fluid has better performance,such as good temperature stability,anti-shearing,rheological viscoelasticity and high sand carrying capacity.And it has more perfect gel-breaking capacity,better flow-back property and lower reservoir damage than conventional fracturing fluid.So it can meet the fracturing demands of low pressure and low permeability reservoirs.
