| 摘 要： | 文章在介绍城市出租车发展现状的基础上，提出了城市出租车成长的一般规律，并运用系统动力学原理，对影响出租车需求的各项因素进行正负相关分析，最后借助统计软件SPSS建立了与城市土地等六个因素相关的出租车需求预测模型，以期达到为国内大部分城市在合理控制出租车运力投放上给予借鉴的目的。
