南方山荷叶自然种群无性繁殖初步研究

摘    要:分析了南方山荷叶自然种群的无性繁殖 结果显示在自然种群中有 4 5.35%的植株进行无性繁殖 ,每个无性繁殖植株含有 2~ 37个个体 ,其中营养个体为 0~ 2 9,占总个体数的 0 %~ 10 0 % ,性成熟个体数为0~ 15,占总个体数的 0 %~ 10 0 % ;南方山荷叶在进行无性繁殖时主要通过其根状茎前端的顶芽向前生长形成主干 ,通过侧芽形成侧枝 ;在每个无性系中可形成 1~ 7个主枝 ,每枝有 1~ 13节 ,每年形成 1节 ,每节重 0 .6~2 3.7g ,有根 1~ 4 8根 ,根状茎每节长度为 6 .6~ 35.1mm ,横切面直径 5.55~ 18.2mm ,节上叶迹大小为 5.35~2 0 .0mm 植株年龄和荫蔽度是影响无性繁殖的重要因素子 ,种内、种间竞争以及水分条件也不同程度地影响着无性繁殖 无性繁殖在南方山荷叶的生态适应过程及进化中具有重要的作用

Abstract:The asexual propagation of natural population in Zhondia, Yunnan Province of Diphylleia sinensis(Berberidaceae) has been observed and analyzed. The result shows that in natural population, there are about 45.35% individual undertake asexual propagation and form clones. Each clone contains 2 to 37 ramets, of which, vegetative ramets is 1 to 29, this is 0% to 100% of total ramets, sexual ramets is 0 to 15,this is 0 to 100% of total ramets. When plant undertakes asexual propagation, it forms main stems by terminal buds and forms branches by lateral buds. Each clone contains 1 to 7 main branches, which each contains 1 to 13 nodes, one year forms one node. Each node weighs 0.6 to 23.7 gram, contains 1 to 48 roots. The length of each internode is from 6.6 mm to 35.1 mm. The diameter of rhizome is from 5.55 mm to 18.2 mm, diameter of leaf scar is from 5.35 mm to 20.0 mm. Individual age and population coverage degree are the main factors that influence asexual propagation. In addition, intra-species and inter-species competition also affect asexual propagation process. Asexual propagation has high value in evolutionary process and ecological adaptation of Diphylleia sinensis.
