Discussion on Associative Relation between the Market and the Government

The associative relation between the market and the government is the most important component of socialism market economic theory .The market malfunction is the primary reason of the government intervention, but unsuitable government intervention will lead to government failure. Based on deep analysis on the theory of the market malfunction and the government failure, this paper puts forward some ideas of rational definition of the associative relation between the government and the market, which possesses important significance for treating the relation between the government and the market in proper ways, giving full play to the function of the market mechanism, and increasing the working efficiency of the government.
