斑鳢鳃表面亚微形态结构特征的扫描电镜研究

摘    要:用扫描电镜对斑鳢(Ophicephalus maculases)鳃的表面亚微形态结构进行了了较详细的观察.结果表明,鳃耙、鳃弓、鳃丝和鳃小片的上皮细胞表面都被有不同形状的隆嵴和刻纹等结构;鳃小片的上皮细胞凹凸不平,表面的隆嵴和刻纹尤为发达.这些形态结构特征是与它们的生理功能相关的.

Abstract:The submicroscopic morphological structure of gill surface of Ophicephalus maculates is observed and studied by SEM. The results demonstrated that the external morphological structure of gill rakes. The gill filaments and the gill arches showed the presence of various features, such as various pattern ridges, short lines and the dotted lines. But the feature of the gill lamella is quite different. The possible functions of these morphological characteristics in relation to the physiology of the gill are discussed.
