| Abstract: | In the information times, the academic property has become the main feature of university library, and theuniversity library should keeps strengthening its function of the academic research to fit in with the social development.This paper analyzes on the causes of the weakening of the scientific research consciousness of the librarians at present, andputs forward some effective paths for strengtheningthe cultivation oflibrarians' scientific research consciousness. |
