知识型家庭的居住实态及住宅设计

住宅设计必须满足和适应住户的生活实态和意愿变化，不同的家庭类型有不同的生活实态的空间需求。知识型家庭是一个特殊的群体。本文通过对不同城市、不同职别的２２０户知识分子家庭的调查研究，提出知识型家庭的结构模型，记录了他们的居住实态，预测了其潜在的需求意愿，在此基础提出了适合知识型家庭使用的新住宅设计的几个重要结论

THE HOUSING CONDITION OF KNOWLEDGE TYPE FAMILY AND THE DESIGNING OF SUCH RESIDENCE

The designing of dwelling house must meet the ever style changing refuirements of the residents.Different types of families have different living and housing sityation and diverse demad for space. The knowledge type family is a unique group. On the basis of analysis and survey of 220 knowledge type famiilies of various professions and from different cities ,the paper puts forward the structure model for such family, describes the housing condifions and predicts the potential demands.And consequently,the paper arrives at several important conclusions proper to the designing of new residence for the knowledge type families.
